Vintage Kissed was born because I couldn’t find what I wanted for my wedding through traditional rental companies so I completely understand wanting those unique pieces for your event. If you’re desperate to have a particular piece at your event and you don’t see it here please send us a note.

We love hunting for special pieces and would gladly take that off your “to do” list.

Venue Staging

Love the items you see here but not sure how to put the pieces together? Put your worry to bed...styling and staging event spaces is what we do best! We love breathing new life into vintage pieces and seeing them provide a charming backdrop to any event.

Packages start at $250.00

Service Includes:

  • Initial phone consultation

  • In-person consultation including venue/site tour and vision

  • Coordinate with other vendors about staging

  • Custom proposal including photos of event rentals, descriptions of where the items will be utilized, and how items will be incorporated into event design

  • Step by step proposal review

  • Unlimited revisions 

  • Final proposal review

  • Delivery of rental items

  • Set-up of rental items and other items including floral arrangements, stationary, etc. (customized portion) 

  • Oversee ceremony site set-up

  • Oversee venue/reception set-up (table settings, sweet heart table, cake table, floral arrangement, guest favors, signs, etc.)

  • Breakdown and removal of rental items including overall clean up of venue site once the last guest departs

  • Unlimited phone and email conversations

  • Pairs well with event design package


Event Design

Not sure how to take your Pinterest board and turn it into a vision for your big event? Then the Charming Experience is for you! We would love to put a custom design presentation together for you. Combine with venue staging and rentals for the ultimate Vintage Kissed experience. We partner with a number of talented vendors to ensure your invitations, florals, photographs, and other details are nothing but perfect.

Event Design Planning Session

We want to be available to you no matter what your budget. We are happy to offer planning sessions with us. Enjoy your favorite coffee or tea on me while we discuss your event, develop a design, and get you started with the planning process. You'll get access to all our favorite vendors, a customized inspiration and style board, and plenty of email communication.

We can go over as much as you need to feel ready to plan your event. 

2 hour, $100.00

*If you decide to upgrade cost will be applied to that package

  • In person meeting (2hr minimum)

    • Planning sessions are booked for an initial two hours with increments of 30 to 60 min add-ons available.

Handwritten Event Signs & Other Details

Custom signs give your event those sweet touches. From welcome signs to signature drink signs, our hand-crafted one-of-a-kind signs will give your event a personal touch and wow your guests. We partner with Amy Gleeson of Glee Signs to hand write every one of our signs with your personalized message. You can even add details to fit your event theme such as floral swag, ribbons, painted designs, or frames. Rent one of our mirrors, chalkboards, glass frames, or windows. Want something even more unique, we can custom build a sign to fit your vision. The possibilities are endless! Send us a note about signs and other Little Details to add to your event.
